The latest blog update and June newsletter are live, and this month brings a lot of momentum: Five Saturdays in a row with over a dozen riders. The first gravel ride rolling out. Jerseys moving into shipping. The Full Moon Ride Series officially underway. More ride options starting to take shape. More ways to plug into the community. The Saturday Social Ride will continue to be our main heartbeat, but June is where we start expanding the calendar with more pace options, more disciplines, and more opportunities to connect both on and off the bike. The first one is coming up fast with only 3 days’ notice, but honestly, that feels part of the magic. First ride: 📍 Frisco Marina 🕙 10:00 p.m. 🚴 Around 25 miles 🌕 Full moon ride 💡 Front and rear lights required Each month, we’ll meet at 10:00 p.m., with starting locations and routes rotating throughout the summer. This is not about hammering, posting a massive ride, or chasing big numbers. It’s about the experience. A chance to spend a night under the stars with the wheels spinning and the community moving together. If you’ve never done a full moon ride, it’s an incredible experience. Lights on. Stars out. Community strong.

Because this was never supposed to be just one person saying, “Come ride with me.” It was always meant to become a community. A rhythm. A gathering place. A way for people in Summit County to connect through bikes, movement, and shared adventure. Huge thanks to Tom for helping organize again, sharing route options, and keeping the momentum moving. Spoke Monday blog update is posted! This is what community starts to look like. While I was away guiding bike tours in Utah, 12 Spoke riders gathered for a ride up Independence Pass while it was still closed to cars. They drove outside the county. They climbed into classic spring Colorado conditions. They even got a little snow. And two new members traveled all the way from Boulder to join. The best part? I wasn’t there. Honestly, that might be the most exciting part of all. Spoke was never meant to be just one person organizing rides. The deeper vision has always been to create a place where people find each other, share ideas, make plans, and bring this community to life together. Huge thanks to Tom for helping lead this one. That makes three weeks in a row with a dozen or more riders gathering through Spoke. Something is happening here. Road rides are growing. Mountain bike energy is starting to build. Full Moon Rides are on the horizon. Triple Bypass is getting closer. And the community is starting to ride on its own. Still early. Still growing. Still figuring it out. This is a pretty damn good sign. Let’s go.
