  • Not at all. We aim to be ushers, not gatekeepers.

    Spoke is for everyone!

Whether you’re new to movement or training for your next big event. We host a mix of rides, ski days, hikes, and workouts for all levels and paces.

  • Depends on the season! In summer, bring the bike that fits the ride: road, gravel, or mountain. In winter, it might be skis, a board, or Nordic gear. Cruiser rides and casual meetups welcome anything that gets you outside and moving.

  • We post all details in our WhatsApp groups.

  • Welcome! The easiest way is to join one of our WhatsApp groups and come to a casual meetup. No need to know anyone or be in peak shape. Just show up, say hi, and move at your own pace. You’ll find friendly faces fast, and everything you need to know will unfold naturally from there.

  • Spoke is a volunteer-led community, not a business. No dues, no red tape. Just good people staying active together.

  • Greet new faces. Offer encouragement. Assume good intentions.

  • Follow the rules of the road, trail, or mountain. Call out hazards. Helmets and awareness required. Good vibes optional but encouraged.

  • We’re here for connection, not competition. Slow the pace, not the people.

  • Our WhatsApp groups are for meetup info, encouragement, and community sharing.

    Not ads or spam.

  • If someone needs a hand, give it. If you need support, ask. We’re stronger together.

  • On trails, roads, or chairlifts, let’s leave things better than we found them.
